My boyfriend and I have not had sex, but to be clear: his penis did not go IN my vagina, but the other night his penis did come in contact with the labia. At the time of contact my boyfriend had not ejaculated at all, but I do not know about pre-ejaculation. I started my period on time with the usual symptoms (sore breasts, cramping, acne, etc.)about two days later, when I started bleeding it was slightly lighter than normal. The blood was the normal color, but it was just not as heavy a flow as usual. I am now on my third or fourth day and the flow still isn't normal. I'm just nervous: is it still possible that I could be pregnant?

Hi Cat, welcome to Scarleteen!

Have you seen this article? Why don't you take a look at that, first, and then we can talk further.
Can I Get Pregnant, or Get or Pass On an STI From That?

Yes, I did see this article, but it doesn't quite explain the period part.

Well, it won't because it's not a piece about periods.

It's typical, through a lifetime, for menstrual cycles and periods to vary, often a pretty good deal sometimes. So, a period being shorter (or longer), lighter (or heavier), more (or less) crampy, etc. is pretty typical at least every now and then for most people, if not more often.
