Find this very embaressing but i wiped myself down below with a piece of clothing and my sister picked it up off the floor with hands to move of put of the way? I feel guilty

Hi heather i usually just beat myself up in my head until i cry to be honest but i used it to wipe my cum off me :-( ive arranged appointment to get sorted could you offer help for germs and stuff to settle guilt

I think we can agree that approach not only isn't working for you, but that it doesn't work for anyone. Beating oneself up isn't self-care. Just like starving oneself isn't eating.

I can't fix your guilt: truly, these are feelings, and feeling you need to sort through and work out. Facts will rarely take care of feelings. And in your case, we already know that you have a history of a lot of anxiety and hard feelings, and facts aren't doing a thing. You clearly need some qualified help with them, and I'm so glad to hear you're seeking that out now.

I *can* tell you people do things like purposefully or accidentally pick up people's used tissues with some regularity, and on the whole, especially when those people wash their hands a few times daily, as we will all tend to do per basic hygiene, it's not how people become ill.
