Hi, sorry if this is graphic. Basically I used a dildo for anal masturbation and upon insertion felt quite. Bad pain, however this soon went so I carried on. This was about 45minutes ago. Now there is a slight odd feel to my stomach and anal area and I feel slightly sick, but certainly no severe pain. I am very concerned I may have damaged myself inside? Pleas help ! Thank you!

Hi Harmon,

If you're concerned that you've injured yourself in some way, then you need to seek medical help. There's no way we can tell you whether you've injured yourself or not.

For future reference, pain is the body's way of saying "stop!" or at least "change something, please." Continuing to do that thing when there is pain can result in injury. Again, I'm not saying that you did injure yourself because there's just no way for me to know that.

Having said that, pain and bleeding are also signs of injury. Are you having either of those things?

Here's some information about anal sexual activities.

No there's absolutely no pain and I haven't noticed any bleeding, from what I've read though its usual to feel some discomfort both during and after anal masturbation/sex

I often compare feeling mild discomfort after any sexual activity to the discomfort one might feel after exercising. The body is doing things that are unusual for it, and that can lead to things feeling new or different.

If you continue to feel discomfort, your soundest option is to seek medical advice.

Ok thanks for your help, I'm not too worried now, I think I just rushed it a bit. Thanks again.
