I woke up the other day with muscle soreness across my body (right to left) under my belly button right by my hip bone level. I don't think it is from working out because I worked out 3 days before that and only ran. (No muscle conditioning). I don't know what it could be! I tried searching it online and nothing was helpful. Please help me!!

We're not doctors, so we can't diagnose any aches and pains for you. But with unexplained pain that persists for a couple of days, it's generally a good idea to check back with a doctor.
