If you experience break through bleeding during your first month on the pill, is that a good sign that you will get your period during the inactive pills?

Breakthrough bleeding doesn't really indicate anything at all, unfortunately, it's just a side effect of the pill. You might get a full withdrawal bleed during the inactive pills, or you might not - there's just no way to know.
