Tonight after my boyfriend pulled out after sex, the condom slipped off and was partially inside me. The base/ring end was OUTSIDE of me but I am concerned that there may have been a spill. I'm a faithful BCP taker - no more than an hour late ever night. Haven't missed a pill in close to a year. My question is, with my pill use would it make much of a difference to take EC?

It really wouldn't. The pill when used properly is more effective than EC, so there's no need to take EC in this situation.
