I'm currently on a 28 day pill pack. I usually take my pill starting on sunday. I'm currently on the placebo row. I was wondering if I started a new pack tomorrow, would that stop my period from coming this month or would it just screw everything up?

There's really no way to predict that. Everyone reacts differently to the pill, so this is a trial and error thing. You may skip your period, but you may also get it anyway, or you may experience some spotting instead.

If you want to try it, do give your gynecologist a call, first, just to make sure that this is fine for you to do. Not all brands of the pill can be used in this way, and not everyone should do it from a medical stand-point.
