Hi. I have been experiencing periods lasting anywhere from two weeks and one moth for some time now. I have been to the doctor and I have had an ultrasound but I appear to be fine. I don't know why this is happening. It isn't extremely heavy and there are not a lot of clots but it is irritating. No one in my family has dealt with this issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you seen this article, IHeartDappy: On the Rag? It talks a little about taking vitamin suppliments towards the end that might help with this? Also, it has some info on the other ways to manage periods - other than disposable pads or tampons - that might help make your periods a little easier.
