Some people do experience a change in their bowel movements right after anal sex. When this does happen, it's generally just a response to the muscles doing different things than they're used to doing. So long as it doesn't persist beyond a day or two, there's nothing to worry about.
In terms of preparing for anal sex, being very aroused before it happens, remaining relaxed, communicating with your partner, and using lots of lubes are your best bets.
