I took Plan B on Sunday of this past week. I just had my period a week and a half before and I started bleeding all of this week. It's not really heavy but still some noticeable blood. Should I be concerned about anything?

Spotting or bleeding is a pretty common side effect of Plan B, and it can continue for several days, so I wouldn't say this is something to be concerned about.

And, I have taken Plan B (both the generic and the actual Plan B Brand) before and never have had bleeding. That's normal, correct?

Yep. Irregular bleedingn or spotting is a very common side-effect of taking Plan B, but doesn't mean that everyone experiences it every time they take Plan B.

And is it common to get 2 periods within in the same month? Or have period-like symptoms? I have pmdd and I can already feel it coming on...

Taking Plan B can affect your menstrual cycle for a couple of months, and during that time it's not unusual to skip periods or have bleeding in between periods.
