I'm a little confused about "direct genital to genital contact". I rubbed my vulva against the shaft of my partner's penis/scrotum for just a moment. there was no ejaculate, and I chart my cycles, and I was not close to ovulating. even though this is direct contact, could pregnancy really be possible?
So, doing what you did presents possible STI risks and pregnancy risks.
If your partner did not ejaculate, then the pregnancy risks would be very minimal, figure the estimated failure rate given for perfect use of withdrawal (where intercourse or things which are close, like this, occurs, but without ejaculation). which is around 4%.
And if you are also combining that with accurate natural family planning which you're sure you're doing and timing right, then the risk would likely be even lower.
But yes: this poses potential risks of both pregnancy and STI transmission.
