Hi Guys!

So I recently posted a specific scenario I have been concerned about as of late but thankfully, that's been cleared up now, with much help of this board [Smile]

But something still bugs me..even with all the information presented to me and with all my knowledge on the subject, I can't get a bead on my own thoughts!

I find myself worrying over the edge about really, virtually every possible 0.00001% "what if" scenario that could come into play in the bedroom.

Even faux sex scares the crap out of me. Or mutual masturbation.
Even if I just adjust my belt buckle then slide my fingers along the front fold of my girlfriend's skirt, I feel like there is something to worry about.

Can anyone help? I really have no idea what to do! [Frown]

Often that kind of anxiety can be your mind's way of saying you aren't ready yet for the activities you are engaging in. Being sexual should be fun, and if you are not ready yet and don't feel comfortable with it, and it is giving you intense anxiety, it's not really worth it, you know? Would you consider stepping back from any activities that make you feel this way for awhile?

Yes, definitely.
I'll give it some more thought but most probably will seek some more accurate and credible sexual education before anything else [Smile]
