Every time i get my period I get this pimple on my pelvic area. It's just one pimple. When my period finishes it leaves. What is that? I could see the pus but i refuse to touch it.

We can get spots or pimples all over our bodies, including our pelvic area and genitals - and they can appear more often just before and during menstration, which is due to hormonal changes.
Having a pimple reoccuring in the same place is not uncommon, as the pore of the skin can still be a little clogged with oil from the last spot.
Not touching it is a good idea, as the bacteria can be spread - especially if the pimple is popped - and cause more pimples.
It doesn't sound like this is anything to be concerned about, but it's always a great idea to check in with your doctor about anything you aren't sure of.

Also, when we're menstruating, we have a lot more fluid pooling around our genitals than usual, which can mean more bacteria and more humidity. So, that can contribute, too.
