Ok so I really want to start a safe and healthy sexual relationship but I've run into a few embarassing obsticles. Here goes... #1: I have stretch marks across my buttocks and nowhere else. #2: I have acne scars on my back that won't go away. #3: my area has scars that came from shaving. What medications or creams should I use to get rid of these embarrassing conditions and where can I find them? Please help I'm sick of hiding my body

Stretch marks aren't anything anyone can do anything about, usually: when we get them, and most of us do, they're not going anywhere. Per scars, you can talk to a dermatologist about that if you want.

But what you can also do is only choose partners for sex who you feel comfortable with when it comes to being naked and vulnerable, and people who expect and want to be sleeping with real people with real bodies, which often have things like marks or scars. The good news is, that's most people: most people have no expectation they'll be sexual with someone who doesn't have a real person's body.
