The g-spot, or Grafenburg spot, is an area of the body that's specific to people with vulvas, not people with penises and testicles. It's understood to be part of the internal clitoris or urethral sponge.
When people are looking for a similar area in terms of sensation and placement in the bodies of people with penises, usually the prostate gland is what's mentioned, which makes sense, as it is pretty similar. That's a small, walnut-sized gland inside the body, and many people who have one (and unless it's been removed, pretty much everyone with a penis does) can experience sensation from it with kinds of anal sex, where something is inside the rectum, or with deep massage of the perianal area, the length of skin between the testes and the anus, externally.
Just remember, just like with the g-spot, or any other potentially sensitive body part, what someone does or doesn't like, and how sensitive something feels varies. So, this kind of stimulation can feel awesome to some people (or to some people sometimes, but not others), whatever to someone else, and like nothing to write home about to another person. There are no magic buttons on the human body that mean amazing pleasure for everyone.
