I think I may have a urinary tract infection. If the discomfort persists into tomorrow I'm gonna try to see a doctor, but I wanted to ask, would it be a problem for a guy to receive oral sex if he has a urinary tract infection? i.e. could it be harmful to the partner giving oral sex?

The surest way to have safe oral sex is with a condom. A condom acts as a barrier, keeping the giver's mouth safe as well as the receiver's genitals. So, whenever there is any concern about sex, whether it's from a STI or something as simple as a suspected UTI, it's best to air on the sideof keeping things clean and protected.
