Hello,
Hmmm I have a question regarding something to do with SD I's. Can you contract an STI through semen and can that same semen that you swallowed can it cause bumps near the opening of you vagina?

Any STIs that would show bumps in your genital area would have been something that you contracted via direct contact with someone else's genitals or their fluids. So, no: swallowing semen will not cause bumps on your genitals.

If you do have a bump there, your best bet is to have a doctor take a look at it.
