I have a pimple like bump with a white head on my outer labia. Should I be concerned about this?

FYI - My boyfriend and I are each others first sexual partners, and we've never had direct genital contact, only manual and oral sex. He has been tested and was clear, but I never have been.

If there's only one, and your partner is free of STIs most likely it's a pimple, or a really small pressure sore from a pair of underwear.
