This month I got my period 5 days late. It usually comes overnight but that time it came during the day. Usually, in tge first days I fill up the whole pad, but this time I didn't. The bleeding was lighter but continued for about a week. It had it's usual color and clots. I also had cramps as well. I really think this was my period but right now I'm having backaches. Could I still be pregnant?

While some women experiences backaches with pregnancy, that doesn't mean that all backaches unequivocally mean that you are pregnant. And if you've had a period since the last time you had sex, you can be sure that you're not pregnant, anyway.
If you need a bit of extra insurance, though, you can also take a pregnancy test.
