Hi, my fiance and I were having sex and he kept checking to make sure it was okay, like I asked him to. But he forgot to hold onto it when pulling out and it came off. It was kind of bunched up. I am on ortho tri cyclen lo, but I don't take it as effective as I should, i suppose. I take it when I go to bed, which is generally around 9 or 10. But I don't have a set time. Also, he didn't release anything at this time. It could have only been pre cum inside the condom. However, I know that can result in pregnancy. I want a baby, just not now. Any words of advice? Thanks.

You say you don't take your pill as well as you could: can you give me a better picture of what that means? How many hours variation are we talking about, in this last cycle of pills specifically?

I don't take it at 9:00 pm everyday. Just every night before bed. I never go a night without it. I suppose an hour or two difference, so my fiance says.

That's actually very correctly used, so I'd say you're risk of pregnancy is low.
