In the 9th I was fingered but we didnt have sex, though I was naked & he had his boxers on. My period came early it was on the 20th and lasted 7 days. Then on the 1st of august I was again fingered and have a tiny red spot the next day? Also I have pain on the area of the ovaries.
What can be the causes could I be pregnant if my period came 7 days early??

Do you want to give this article a read and see if it answers your questions? Pregnancy Scared?

Specifically this line:
Were you only kissing, having oral sex, manual sex and/or dry sex, where everyone had clothes on and no one ejaculated on or very near anyone else's vulva? These kinds of sex do NOT present any pregnancy risks, though some can present risks of STIs.

Please don't write in all caps. It's the internet equivalent of yelling, and it's not very nice.

Early periods can be due to any number of things, including stress, changes in diet or exercise, and several other things.

A couple of these things (say, stress) can also cause some abdominal pain. If the pain is bad enough to prevent you from doing your normal activities, or if it persists for more than 2 or 3 days, you should see a doctor.

About how painful is this?

Using a pain scale can help. From 0-10, with 0 being no pain and 10 being the level of pain someone would feel being run over by a truck, how bad is this pain?

Okay, so that's so low it sounds more like discomfort, and probably has nothing to do with the fingering. Given the timing, it may have been ovulation pain, which some people have sometimes, and isn't an indication of anything being the matter.
