me and my boyfriend were messing around he was rubbing his penis on my vagina with little to no pre cum , but i got my period and its not like my regular one ? usually i get bad bad cramps but now its barely anything n not a heavy flow . Should i be worried or is it normal ? i know this is stupid just a lil concern and me and my boyfriend arent having sex.

Like I already told you, a) what you engaged in was a kind of sex, and b) it is one that poses similar and sometimes identical risks to intercourse.

So, yes, again, pregnancy and STIs are a risk with that activity.

So, if you are expecting your period now, but it doesn't seem like your period, and that doesn't change in a couple of days, then it would be wise to start with a pregnancy test.

i got it , Now the heavy bleeding is starting , Also , im cramping like usual like bad cramps so now im fine (: , i feel better is there a place where i can get birth control without my parents?

Yes. Any clinic like planned parenthood will not contact your parents without your permission. Do you want help finding a clinic?
