For the past week, I keep finding brown discharge in my underwear at different times of the day. The first day, I found somewhat mucous on the tissue when I wiped with a little red, which I thought was blood. The rest of the times I saw the discharge, it was just brown in my underwear, a smaller amount each day. I know this could be a weird period but my period isn't until another 2 weeks. I don't really know what this is. i somewhat thought this was because I just became more active with exercising but then I had oral performed on me right around after my last period, last month. I'm not really sure what the cause of this is ?

Are you up-to-date with your general sexual healthcare and STI tests?

You need to go to a doctor or clinic for an STI test.

Some people spot with ovulation, but that may or may not be the cause. Getting an STI screening, though, is the best place to start.
