Okay, so this is my first post obviously! I'm VERY worried. I'm a natural, worrier, you could say. I'm so scared right now that it makes me sick to my stomach.

Me and my boyfriend were dry humping last wednesday (June 22). I had a pair of somewhat thick panties on, and he had nothing. He was rubbing his...I'll say gentailia because it makes me feel less dirty...but yeah, he rubbed it (over my panties) on my vagina. I had done oral sex on him right before it happened, and there was no ejaculation. The last time he ejaculated was the night before this happened, but he urinated at least once since then. I'm so worried about the tiny bit of precum going through my panties and making me pregnant! It was at least the 3rd week of my cycle. I was not ovulating. But, since I get...well, wet whenever I get sexually excited, I'm worried that the little bit of possible sperm could've used the somewhat moist panties to go through and into me.

I'm about due for my period any day now. I've had pain in my lower left abdomen, tender breasts at night, very light discharge, and I've been stressing over this. Possibility of pregnancy...? Please answer!!!

If you were wearing panties, there was no direct genital contact at all (like, say, your panties slipping aside), and he did not ejaculated, I'd say that there is no pregnancy risk to worry about here.

That's reassuring...but I mean, what about my symptoms? Like the abdominal pains? Am I just paranoid? Because I remember reading somewhere that your brain can actually make you feel sick if you think you're sick...

Well, abdominal pain is not a symptom of early pregnancy. Too, a pregnancy takes around a week to complete, so you'd just barely be pregnant. That would be waaaay too early to be experiencing any symptoms.

So, if you're having unexplained abdominal pain and that's been going on for a while, you'll want to consult a doctor.

Okay, I've been paranoid, so maybe I should calm down. Are there any pregnancy tests I could take without buying an actual test? It sounds stupid, but I'd prefer backup tests to ease my mind.

Nope, there is no such thing as a DIY-pregnancy test. But the good news is that you can get a pregnancy test at any pharmacy and most grocery stores, and they vary in pricing and you can get them quite cheap.

Alternatively, you can also just wait for your period to show.
