I know it's a bad idea not to make use of the days marked on the pill packet....

but I've been going through I tough time at the moment (my mum unexpectedly passed away a few weeks ago)

So I've been living all over the place and have been taking pills from different packs (I leave one at my boyfriends house, one at home and one in my handbag). I know that until now I have been doing fine, but this morning I think woke up at 7am, took a pill and then went back to sleep but I just can't remember if it was a dream or not.

I'm on Femodette which I'm told is a low dose pill. My question is, is it better to take "another" pill now at midday (or this evening to spread them out a bit?) or should I just carry on tomorrow as normal?

I know taking 2 pills can make you nauseous but I don't mind about that if it would mean I was definitely covered against pregnancy.

If you're interested I'm planning to back up with condoms anyway, but I like to know my pill is working just in case

If you're not sure whether you took a pill, it's a good idea to take another one just in case. Two pills in one day won't harm you, but one missed pill may lower your effectiveness.
