I'm just wondering about when I should get tested; I haven't been tested in a while so I'm kind of due one anyway, and I have one ongoing partner and a new partner with whom things are progressing and I'd like to get tested soon.
Thing is, I was kissing new partner a few weeks ago and tasted blood; I think he might have had a cut or something. Anyway, I can get tested within the next week, which will be about 3 weeks after that risk, or I can wait until after I've come back from holiday (during which I won't be sexually active), which will be more like 6 weeks after.
I'm basically wondering which would be better to do. Sorry if this is a silly question! I just want to be as safe as possible.
