today I had sex with my boyfriend. Afterwards, I began having mild cramps like I would get my period. Also, I noticed that I spotted a tiny bit of dark blood, too. This has never happened to me before. When I looked online, websites said it could be pregnancy, but I'm on the pill and always use a condom. Is it pregnancy related, or what else could cause this?

With the pill and condoms, your risk of pregnancy is really very low, so I wouldn't say that's what is going on here. When was your last gyn exam and STI screening?

About 4 months ago- they did an sti screening and everything came up as negative- I was never really concerned about STIs because the only person I've ever slept with is my boyfriend of two years, and he's only ever been with me. Could it be something non sti related?
