Hi. I'm 19 and I lost my virginity about a month ago to someone I really love and it was wonderful and it is something I will never regret no matter what happens.

Now with that being said, I have been having sex with my boyfriend once or twice a week for about a month and a half now. I have been on birth control the whole time (only I just started it about 2 weeks before I lost my virginity to him). And every time we have sex we use a condom as well.

Well ever since I've started having sex I have worried about pregnancy. Even though I always take my pill and we use the condom. It doesn't consume me, but the thought crosses my mind a fair bit, especially at night. I have no symptoms or anything, it just seems to be something I worry about a little bit.

I wanted to know if this was normal for people who have just started to have sex. My mother says I will get more comfortable and what not as time goes on etc...
