So I'm 96% sure that my pills are still super effective like usual, but I'm just making sure. I'll be home in two days and don't want to slip up!

I read on the page for pills that their effectiveness can be reduced when mixed with certain chemicals and substances. I went out to hookah last night and smoked for a while. That wouldn't have any effect, would it? And smoking cigarettes probably doesn't either, but I'd like to check.

Thanks so much!

Smoking tobacco does not decrease the effectiveness of the pill. However, if you smoke, the risk of the serious side effects of the pill, such as blood clots, increases dramatically.
