I just came of of YAZ birth control messed up my body. I took it for 2 years straight. Before YAZ I was no sexually active, but my periods were EXTREMELY irregular. I would go maybe 6 months without having one, and then randomly, one pops up at the most inconvenient time. Before taking YAZ, i have had my period for a total of seven years, and it not became regular. It wasn't until a year later i got married, a year into taking YAZ, me and my husband became sexually active. At the same time, he has ALWAYS used a condom, no if ands or buts about it. I just came off of it 2 months ago. The last period I had was a week earlier than usual, and real light. Then this last period, was a no show. Is this normal?? I have already taken like 5 pregnancy tests, the Equate brand.. aka the cheapest at Walmart. I even splurged on that brand's version of a first result, where your supposed to get early results? Am i freaking out over nothing? Do i need to go get a pregnancy test from the doctor?? Is this a result of my body having withdraws from the pills?? Me and my husband have ALWAYS used a condom.

It sounds to me like your periods and withdrawal bleeds being IRregular is what's common for you, so it's not surprising it's still irregular now being off the pill.
Home pregnancy tests are very effective, and if you took five with negative results, you really can rest assured you are not pregnant.
