I've read a few things about surgery etc but is there anyway off doing it yourself? At home I mean? With a knife? I don't care about pain, I can handle it. I just don't know about infections etc
Thanks

Would you take out your own spleen, too? Cut off your earlobes? You "can handle" that?
The labia are full of sensory nerve endings, and any surgery of the labia poses big infection risks, and risks of permanent damage to the body just like any other kind of surgery does. Labial surgery is not something someone can do for themselves at home.
If you feel you need surgery for a problem, or are considering reconstructive surgery, you need to speak to a physician. Very few conditions require surgery to the labia, and we're not fans of vaginal cosmetic surgeries here, but in either case, you need to speak to a doctor.
