would sperm be dead after 6 days if it entered not by ejaculation in the vagina but by contact from the opening after a spermicidal condom?

Sperm can live inside the body for about 5 days, regardless of how they enter the body.

I don't really understand the transfer you're describing; do you mean semen accidentally wound up on the outside of a condom you used, and that's the concern here?
