tell a stubborn guy that it is normal for woman to not reach an orgasm through having intercourse?

What do you mean when you say stubborn? Because being stubborn, being a jerk, and being ignorant are all very different things.

Plenty of guys just don't know what occurs in a woman's body during orgasm, and what needs to happen in order for that to take place. Women generally require far more foreplay and time to become aroused in order for sex to be pleasurable than men do. There are very few nerve endings in the vagina itself; most are located at the very opening/front and the further back you do, the less there are. The clitoris really is the centerpoint of nerve activity, but that does not usually get stimulated during intercourse.

well, he doesnt believe me when i tell him that. hes never a jerk about it, but he has low self-esteem because of it. and he wont listen to me. he insists that ALL wemon have orgasms everytime they have intercourse. he thinks something is wrong with him because of it. i just need to know what i can maybe say to maybe make him understand better....
