Hi. I couldn't delete my question from Emergency/Crisis- so please, don't suspend me- this wasn't meant to be double posted. I'm sorry. But it took me awhile to realize that my question wasn't an Emergency/Crisis, so I felt like I was taking important time away from those that need it more than I do. It took me a bit to come to the realization that this is the column where I need to post my question because I need advice/information. Again, I am so sorry, and for future refrencnes, I won't ever make this mistake again. I hope I can be forgiven.
This is what I posted there, that I now know should have been posted here:

Quick question- I got into an argument with my best friend. She believes she can't get pregnant if her boyfriend had pre-cum on his boxers and rubbed his shaft and tip on her while she was wearing panties. Yet, I informed her that it is possible that the sperm in pre-cum (despite the fact that her boyfriend urinated beforehand) will make it through the two layers.

I've read the dry sex article you have, and I couldn't come up with a conclusion. If both partners were wearing underwear, and yet still rubbed for a very short amount of time, is there a chance? She said he never ejaculated or penetrated. She just felt the tip of his penis through his boxers and her underwear on top of her vagina entrance.

She says the clothes weren't even soaked with semen. If anything was wet it was his pre-cum in his boxers, and she didn't have enough vaginal secretions to even make it through both layers of clothes.

Yet, I believe there is a chance even through these two layers. What is your opinion?
Thank you so much.

Once more, I am so so so sorry for 'bumping' or 're-posting' accidently. [Frown]

There is not going to be a risk through two layers of clothing.

Through one layer of lacy panties? With full on ejaculate, yes. With a bit of preejaculate, maybe.

Panties and boxers? Nope and definitely no.

Like the article says, the clothing would literally have to be soaking in semen, and that rarely happens with just preejaculate. Your friend doesn't have anything to worry about.

Okay.
Thanks so much atm1.
Wow. I had no clue that didn't pose as a risk. You really helped us end the argument. I felt bad. I felt like I was making her freak out.

Oh. One more question-
Should she even bother with spending money on pregnancy tests? Its been over 6 weeks since this occurred. I know they can aid with stress, but in reality, she doesn't need to bother, right?

(Oops I also answered this for you in the other thread, SweetPea! But that's alright, thanks for being considerate. [Smile] )

I'll go ahead and answer while I'm here. If it's been over six weeks since this occurrence, your friend has likely had a period. If she has had a period, she is not pregnant. If she has not, and if this lapse in periods is not typical for her, she may want to take a test just in case.

Thanks so much, Kayla. =]

My friend does have extremely irregular periods- she can go 5 months without one- so it's normal for her to miss one.

But, I read what you wrote there as well, and thanks so much, again.
