The sun is coming out, and it's a record high for this month. It's too hot to be anywhere but a cold shower...and my vagina hurts/itches!!! It's not really immensely itchy, it's just uncomfortable...You know how you can't feel any part of your body really? Well I'm really uncomfortable down there! Can I do anything at home? There is no weird discharge, it doesn't smell it's just uncomfortable I think from the heat. I don't wear underwear that is too tight.

Heat can make yeast infections more likely. So, if you're having a lot of discomfort, what I'd actually suggest is seeing your healthcare provider to be sure the discomfort isn't from a brewing infection.
