Me and my girlfriend made out and watched a movie together and i basicaly had an erection the entire time and pre cum came out and after she left or about 10 minutes before it i started to feel sick and my balls hurt really bad so i assumed it was blue balls so i spent liek 20 minutes masterbating which is unusuasly long and when i did orgasm it felt even more painful and still hurts right now but its not as bad i thouht if it was blue balls it owuld go away but it didnt really and i jsut feel liek crap right now all over.

It's vasocongenstion. Too much blood rushing through the area and then staying there. It'll subside in a while. You might want to go sit in a cool bath. Not too cold, but cool. That should help the circulation go back to normal.
