My question is simply whether Epilim pills can reduce the effectiveness of the plan B pill.

I do not see anything in the Plan B prescribing information to indicate there would be an interaction.

However, I would check this with your pharmacist or doctor, since some medications used to treat seizures can interfere with regular birth control and I am unsure if that would be true in this case as well.
