my mom wants 2 put me on birth control but im scared the the doc will tell my mom that i been having sex. im 18 yrs old. what should i do? [Confused]

Well, if your mom is trying to put you on birth control, then she probably already has considered the possibility that you're having sex. Finding out that you are doing it will not be of any shock to her.

Nonetheless, your doctor will not tell your mom. Patient confidentiality is legally mandated.

But you're 18, anyway. You are old enough to be an adult and get your own contraception. Since you ARE having sex, then you should consider using both birth control pills and condoms together.

Anyway, just go ahead go to the doctor and get the bcp's. Tell your doctor you are sexually active and just roll with it. You do not need to say anything to your mom as long as you deal with your own affairs responsibly.
