My girlfriend and I are both virgins and STI-free. I give her manual and oral sex. Recently she says that she's been urinating more often than usual. I am wondering if there is any way that manual and oral sex could have anything to do with it? Is it likely to be an infection or just an irregular occurrence?

First of all, have you both been tested for STIs? That's really the only way you can know because some infections are not spread only through intercourse, (though the occurrence of an STI before that is not terribly likely.) That's just a heads-up.
Even if this is head-smack obvious, has she been drinking extra fluids lately? More importantly, do you know if she has been having any other strange symptoms like painful urination? Any really cloudy urine or blood in the urine? If she's has been having any of these symptoms, she may want to visit a doctor to see if a urinary tract infection, (UTI) is not in the works. They can be caused by oral sex because bacteria can be easily transferred to her urethra.
