This isn't about sex but rather STI's and such so I figure it's ok to put it here.
Ok, I was out today, first to the doctors then to the mall (reason for doctors visit isn't relevent btw) and at my last stop at the mall I noticed a globule of blood on my leg. It certainly isn't mine (I'm male so it's not stray period blood and I don't have any cuts on the lower half of my body). On top of that it didn't look too healthy for blood and I think it had been spat or snorted onto me. I was careful, swabbed the area with alcohol, washed my hands etc but I'm still worried. How long does it take for blood transmitted deseases to show up in a blood test?

Unless you had an open cut or sure right there on your leg where the blood was (you're sure it wasn't something else?), there is no risk of transmission from this.

Oh I know blood when I see blood, when I smell blood. The only kind of blood I haven't seen is arterial blood
