I read on medical website that if a guy masturbates within 15 hours of sex and urinates at least once then there shouldn't be any sperm in his precum. Is this true?

Overall, there hasn't been that much testing done per sperm and pre-ejaculate. Is that likely and in line with most of what we know about sperm and pre-ejaculate? Yes.

Should you count on that if you don't want to become pregnant (or get an STI)? Hell, no. [Smile]

Thankyou. If that were the case would the pregnancy risk for outside genital contact be practically none?

If that were the case -- if there was no viable sperm -- then yes. Without sperm, pregnancy can't happen. But again, it's really not a smart risk to take, and that also would not reduce STI risks in any way.
