Can sperm get through 2 layers of fabric(jeans and underwear/boxers)? Thanks

Not really, no. Sperm just isn't near that hardy. For a pregnancy risk to occur, there needs to be direct genital contact, and you're not going to get that when you have layers, especially a thick material like denim, on.
