Funny question...

So, I have a diagnosis of Endometriosis-and the concurrent cysts and adhesions. Despite treatments, I do have little flares. Like now. Which is why I'm typing in a pain medicine induced haze...

But onto my question. Along with the Endo, my Gyn has mentioned that I have a tilted uterus. Now, somewhere I've heard that this little variation in anatomy can cause pain and discomfort during intercourse (which I'm no stranger to, due to the Endo), but I also heard that it increases your risk of miscarriage, or may create problems with conceiving. Is that true? Haven't had much luck in finding reputable information about it...

Thanks a bunch!

I am seeing a bit in a few websites (googled 'tilted uterus, miscarriage') about infertility, but little about miscarriage.

I would think the very best person to go to for this kind of information would be your gynecologist. S/he will know more about your specific case and have definate answers for you.

Well, I'm there enough these days, so asking would probably be ok.

I'm just not to put the cart before the horse on this one...or get any more bent out of shape about possible infertillity...
