I went to New York the at the end of my last pack of pills. Because of the excitement, and worry about immigration control, I forgot to take the last 3 pills of my pack. To comprimise, I tried to start the new pack exactly one week after, but missed by a day due to delays stopping me from getting home to the pill box in time.

now I'm at the end of all that mess, I'm back on track pill wise, but was just wondering if my protection was comprimised?
We always use a condom, but last week it came off. I managed to save it, and it was still full, but I was just wondering if some managed to spill out of the condom whilst it was still inside me, would I be at risk?

Even though you started that new pill pack one day late, that should not have compromised your effectiveness for that pack. It'd have been the pack/cycle before that, where you missed the three days that would be the concern.

But it also sounds like your condoms likely haven't let you down, either, so I don't see cause for concern about pregnancy here.
