Hi, the last time I got my period was the 28th of March..and after that I have never been a guy(explaining the absence of any risk)...my period is actually due anytime but ever since I came back from Bangalore two days back I have noticed that my symptoms of an upcomming period have been comming and going...is this ok? I get some slight pain in my lower abdomen and then it goes and then it came back again and now it's again gone....

Yup, this is normal [Smile] If it's bugging you, you can take a hot bath, or some over the counter pain medication (such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen), or whatever your normally do for period pain.

Yes. A lot of women have these symptoms BEFORE their period actually comes. Cramping can be part of PMS.
