I have heard a lot of people say "Make sure you have your first kid before you turn 30....else it will be hard conceiving"

Is it true?

If so what is it after being 30 that's tuff? The fertilization of the egg? Or is it anything else?

Thanks for ur help

Generally, as women get older, the chances of problems during pregnancy increases. However, women over 30 can certainly still have healthy children. There is nothing saying that a woman needs to have their first kid before 30.

Decreased fertility generally comes with age, as does chromosomal abnormalities in the child (increased risk of birth defects), but most women are capable of having perfectly healthy children in their 30's.
