When someone starts a thread and one of the volunteers reply and suppose that persons continues the thread with another question, howwould the other volunteers know? For example, in my "just wanted to check" Karybu had replied and I had posted another question in the same thread. Aprt from her would any body else know I had posted another question? Because it doesn't have the symbol new

If there is a new reply to a thread, the sign next to it will be yellow. So any one who goes to that forum after you posted will see the yellow icon and know that a new post has been added.

Too, Volunteers tend to check back in with threads they've replied to to check if everything's okay and answer any additional questions.
