A brief update on my last quandry...it wasn't HPV (Hallelujah!) that he had, it was folliculitis, which is something I've had over and over again. It's just an infection of the hair follicle that happens from shaving. I'm HPV free, and I'm getting the vaccine. Go me!

Now, my boyfriend told me last night that he has a sore on his penis. It's on the foreskin, which is swollen, and it just looks like a regular old sore. It hurts him, and he won't have sex until its gone. I asked him if he's ever had it checked out and he says yes, once when he was 15. He lost his virginity when he was 16, so from what he's saying, if it's been happening that long, it's not an STD. I was just wondering if anyone's ever heard of something like that? He's uncircumsized, and he's the first guy I've been with like that, so I'm not privy to their unique ailments. And, is there anything one can do to ward off any future occurences?

Thanks for the help, as always [Smile] .
