Uhm.. so I take my pill (Lutera) at about 9:30-10:00 pm, but tonight (ie. just now) I took it at 11pm. I was wondering if I took it too late to the point where it would lessen it's effectiveness. Mind you, this was my 10th pill of this pack, but I won't be having any sex until atleast the 8th, or just before my placebo week if that would make any difference.

No, that's fine.

Generally, while it's ideal to take it at the same time, you have about two hours in either direction per a grace period.

And for future reference, if you do ever make a real error, and miss a pill entriely, or take it WAY late, then effectiveness may be compromised for the whole of the cycle, so if and when you ever err, you'd want to use a backup method until the next new cycle.
