I'm about to go to the doctor for this, but I'm posting my question here so maybe I'll know what to expect. I've been having a lot of pelvic pain. I'm ending my period, which included it's regular cramps, but there's this achy feeling from my vagina all the way to the back. It started about two weeks before I started my period. Any ideas on what this could be? Thanks.

We're not doctors, so I'm afraid we can't take a guess - pelvic pain can occur for a huge range of reasons.
So good for you for going to the doctor about this.
